This was the first time I listened to this meeting. I got a good laugh how Board of Ethics Chair Jack ‘Integrity’ Marsh ridiculed a citizen advocate about using the word bribery. What else would you call it? Even member Sue Roust, who I respect, had to admit the language they used (common practice) was regrettable. Damn right it was.
The wolf in charge of the hen house? There’s not another word for bribery.
