I’m NOT quite sure what a realtor and short-term rental property owner knows about this, but hey, it’s who you know in this state not what you know.

  1. Erickson did mention a few months ago on Keloland Living that she wasn’t running for anything again. (?)

( and Woodstock adds: “Maybe she’s running from something like that once comment (Spring of ’18) of hers that the state reimburses local governments for their loss of revenue due to TIFs”…. ) #CantRunInHeels

  2. It’s a good time to distant oneself from improper COVID stimulus spending and TIF corruption. Except for Neitzert, it’ll be hard to find a developer puppet to run against TenHaken.

  3. I welcome her to the club – as a member of the SDADA for the past 5 years, always a good thing to bring in someone who understands public policy.

I do not think Neitzert will run verse TenHaken, He has his own term to finish, and I dont see him leaving the seat for at least 2024. And TenHaken is pretty much a lock for a second term. But I am not a gambler.

  4. Mike, sometimes we agree, Paul is a lock for a 2nd term, nobody will be able to beat him . . . if he runs 🙂

Fun fact though, Paul received around 20K votes in the runoff to beat his opponent, in that same district (Minnehaha and Lincoln Counties in SF city limits) Med MJ got 80K votes. The podunk counties and Taupeville can SUCK IT!

  5. Yes, he’ll most likely run for 2nd term. It will be interesting to see the line forming of the developers he has helped waiting and ready to donate to his campaign.

  6. Hey! Speaking of Ericksons, anybody know why Kelly Anne Conway gets credited for the Trump pardon for Paul Erickson?

  7. No. But did you guys know that Sam Clovis is now living in Sioux Falls? Erickson, Lindell, and Clovis, what is this a refugee camp?

  8. To hide all of the convenient voting boxes south of 57th, they will all be painted taupe.
