Farrar also got into trouble with his position on REA, which upset many farmers at the time.
Kneip, a milking machine salesman from Salem and a state senator, defeated Farrar without a single paid staffer on his campaign.
There have been 27 Republican governors in our state’s history. Farrar is only one of two who were not re-elected. But Farrar did go on to have a very successful banking career after politics.
Later in life, I believe Farrar was also big into triathlon events. About 30 years ago, he was interviewed on 60 Minutes, when they did a piece about geriatrics, fitness, and living a long and healthy life, which he did. May he now Rest In Peace.

First off….have antibodies from having Wuhan.
You’ve heard this before, a vaccine keeps you from getting a disease. This shot doesn’t stop you from getting anything. It MAY help keep the symptoms lessened, and if you want a shot, you should be able to get a shot.
One thing that isn’t being said…if you are immunocompromised, getting the shot may be futile. Mother in law is going through cancer right now-that is what the Mayo Clinic has told her.
My daughter is 23, has had Wuhan, no other health issues. She went to the doctor and asked him if she should get the shot. He told her he would not recommend a healthy 23 year old, that had not major side effects from Wuhan, get a shot. Said the downside was much worse than the upside. This was a doc from Sanford in SF. This one hurt a lil….she actually told the doc “my dad is telling me NOT to get the shotâ€, and wanted a professional opinion, at least she isn’t listening to the MSN and the Head Window Licker In Charge, and is taking advice from a professional.

I’m all for science denying Trumplicans not taking the vaccine. The fewer the better.
That’s why I don’t wear a mask anymore. I thought I would give the Trumplican non-vaxxers a true taste of freedom before they lose their ability to taste.

Yes, I heard she was standing on the Zapruder pedestal waiting to speak as soon as John-John shows up.
I think it is fair to say, that the same type of people who showed-up at Dealey Plaza yesterday, waiting for the return of JFK, Jr., are the same type of people willing to wait in a two hour drive-thru lane at Chick-fil-A.
