Recently our previous president called elected officials who don’t promote Covid vaccinations or lie about them ‘gutless’, surprisingly, of about the 30 to 40 thousand statements this caveman makes I agree with a few. This is one of them.
But even when Poops was presented with a moment to stand on a soap box and tell people to get the damn shot, he says this;
“I’m glad I was vaccinated,†he added. “Get your vax. We know people who get it are less likely to get it in a bad way and be hospitalized. I still think just the confusion among people is so great, it’s hard to correct at this point.â€
Huh? What confusion? Getting less sick? Dying?
The only confusion is why you are not on the streets of Sioux Falls promoting vaccination. I could speculate, but I am sure when you are running the Dutch Mafia, it’s good to be Dutch. (this was my scaled back ‘previous’ Christian response and not my potty mouth response).
While people may think I am attacking Poops, let’s be clear hear, I have viewed several local PSA’s, and NOT once have I seen the supposed leader of our city promoting vaccination.
If you are so speculative or confused, why did you get fully vaccinated? As you mentioned. It protected you? Why not use this opportunity to tell the public that vaccinations are a good thing? Because as your orange hero says you lack the courage to state the obvious. You should have just told the interviewer, ‘I didn’t sign up for this.’
I suppose you’ll probably not post this, but I’m wondering if you’ve ever considered seeing a counselor? You clearly have some rage issues, and most likely a narcissistic tendency. Perhaps a professional could help you. I can’t think of anyone else that seems so, well, mad.

It’s hard to understand why people won’t get the shot. The smallpox vaccination from the late 50’s was mandatory. Guess what, no small pox today. Mandatory today is unacceptable. However, a pandemic cannot be tamed without the majority getting the shot. I carry my shot card with me. It could be asked to show for public events. If you can’t go to your sports team game or church, you’ll get the shot.
I’ve known L3wis 15 years. If he needs counciling so do I. We could get a discount. When you state someone has mental issues take a good look at yourself first.
The mayor got handed Huether’s mess. Then came the pandemic. He’s the city leader. Not the best and not the worst. Would you want his job? It’s not easy handling so much from so many angles. These are times of turmoil. I’m glad there is a leader so long as it’s not Huether.
You must remember that conservatives are innate salesmen. They will say and do anything to make a sale. Liberals, however, are like the customer service center, or retention department, who try to save the clients, or sales, made by the lies of the salesmen. That’s why, with very few exemptions, Democrats are most successful at winning elections when they are asked to clean-up Republican messes.

There are many who read here and don’t post a comment. I’ve met them. This site gets lots of hits but it’s not a primary media source. The Argus building is for sale. TV focuses on weather, sports, and quilting. There’s little investigative reporting. I come here for what is the true state of the city. Nobody is an authority but combined collective comments presents an idea of what gets hidden from the public. I refine my opinion from the uncensored subject and comments. This forum works.

Again and again and again I have to point out statistically this vaccine has nothing to do with retransmission. It’s a personal protection to REDUCE an already VERY SMALL chance of death vaccine…That’s it. So why do you give a shit if I have the vaccine? (I am vaccinated btw)
Israel has the highest vaccination rate and now on there 3rd round of boosters and people are still getting sick and dying.
