I guess the Finance Department is too busy running other departments like Health to manage IT. Who knew you can’t have an accountant run an IT department.

Couldn’t all departments, managers, and directors be artificial intelligence? If they’re unqualified now, it’s an answer. Also, no golden employment/retirement packages.
