2 Thoughts on “The Tale of Two Cities

Right now, I’d rather talk about monster trucks. Monster trucks don’t feed for free, while others charge $12 for a taco. A monster truck is a monster truck. They sound scary, because the word “monster” is scary, but they really aren’t. They stay in their arena and as long as you don’t adventure into their’s, then you should be fine. But the other trucks are everywhere either feeding for free and suggesting solvency, or gouging you with hopeful pleasure. Cars, buses, trains, and trucks, they all have their purpose and all are used for many things, but a food truck that is free or else charges $12 is a tale of two trucks. They may look the same. They may bellow the same smoke, but they are truly two different realities. One tries to solve what the other has helped to create. It’s like a tale of two cities, where most are asked to just keep truckin and look the other way.

( and Woodstock asks: “Say, does anyone know whatever happened to Grave Digger?”….. “What about C.W.. and/or Mavis?”…… )

A robust economy with so many hungry, homeless, and imprisoned. I learned the other day what used to be a 3k per child annual dependent deduction is now 1k and there can be no more than 3. We wonder why school lunch fee is always broke. How many children come to school hungry and go home hungrier? One would think the two local billionaires would come in and at least pay this if not also pay it forward.
