Obviously, this new Smoe’s Bar development area along with the eventual Riverline District are all meant to squeeze out the transients around there…. 8th Street Tiki has a ring to it, if you ask me…. Perhaps, at first, a shuttle between the Riverline and the new Smoe’s will be necessary until the three buses headed for Fargo finally leave….
