I find it interesting the mayor can pass his executive orders around like they are playing a game of poker yet the constituents don’t have access. They also need to update this order since the City Clerk now has the documents for review (which is where they belong anyway).
Isn’t this like the black hole of executive orders? Absent an initial review by the city attorney, finance, and HR, couldn’t an executive order end all executive orders, but we would never know it? It’s analogous to the principle of due process relative to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
