I have asked different government folks about the above mailing asking if it violates any election laws. My answers have varied. So, what do my readers think? Is this legal? THE ENTIRE MAILING HERE.

I would think mailing a REAL bill to a prospective donor is a no-no. But since when does Trump and his little dog killing sidekick ever follow rules?

  1. How is this different from giving someone a ride to the polls? Giving a ride to a rez town with a pow wow lunch? In South Dakota these actions have been considered bribing a voter. So how is buying a vote with currency and a stamp not?

  2. The two-dollar bill has always been associated with bad luck. Once again, Noem doesn’t get it. Perhaps, a lock of Cricket’s hair would have been more appreciated, or intimidating?

  3. This certainly is a deviation from the Governors high ethical and moral standards.
