I would think mailing a REAL bill to a prospective donor is a no-no. But since when does Trump and his little dog killing sidekick ever follow rules?
How is this different from giving someone a ride to the polls? Giving a ride to a rez town with a pow wow lunch? In South Dakota these actions have been considered bribing a voter. So how is buying a vote with currency and a stamp not?
