Not only did he emphasize the 5 minute rule part at the meeting last night, a citizen came up and basically stated the budget hearings were not broadcasted on City Link, ever. Even though they were promised to be, now it is to late because the council had to vote on the CIP last night. I personally believe they were purposedly censored, and I hope the city can prove otherwise. I am deeply offended by the Mayor’s disregard for the 1st Amendment. It is uncalled for and un-democratic.
