  1. She does wear a lot of make up. If you ever get a chance to see her up close you will say – WOW! she is really attractive but if you look close it apears she has an inch of make up on.

  2. Most women wear a ton of makeup… the only difference is the quality of the makeup they wear. The more expensive stuff – applied with a proper technique – appears invisible.

This is why Hollywood starlets always look incredible on camera but when the paparazzi catches them on a daily trip to the supermarket they look no better than any of the 130 women you can see each and every day at the Empire Mall.

I can pick on Noem for a lot of things, but she is an attractive woman and that will get her a lot of fame in Washington. Had she looked like Rosie Odonnell you can bet she wouldn’t even have made it past the primary.

  3. There was a high-rez photo of her I think by either politico or newsweek without much makeup on, she looks a lot different.

  4. The inexpensive make up can be applied properly too, so that it isn’t noticable. You just have to know how to do it. It isn’t the quality as much as how you blend it in. I started wearing makeup when I was 16, and I didn’t get to leave the house until it met my Mother’s approval. Believe me it was cheap stuff. I am now 70 and can no longer see well enough to do anything but lipstick.

  5. So her staff consists almost entirely of the usual inside-the-beltway pros. Isn’t there anyone in SD capable of running an office staff? Not even in Castlewood?

  6. I wish the Argus would use this picture instead of that other one where she looks like a chick at a high school kegger.
