Congrats to Kermit. It took a long time. There’s no satisfaction from this citizen unfriendly city. With present ordinances, there’s no way to sue them or recover damages. That may soon change depending upon one particular state supreme court decision due in the next few months.
More than sad, criminal. Angry citizens are becoming a majority. Enough to vote down an events center. Enough to elect a new mayor who will repeal Home Rule Charter and return to democracy. Enough to insist Huether be the subject of FBI and IRS investigations.

The damage is done – we’re stuck with Mayor Blowhard (I,I,I, me,me,me). I am glad to see Kermit’s name was ‘officially’ cleared however.
Yet, another citizen that had to spend his personal capital to fight false charges from the city. Sad really.
