The Pre-Sumption is there’s gonna be another 3 million for the mayor to use as TIF’s for private concerns associated with his PAC’s and relatives.

The City of Sioux Falls hired Margaret Sumption of Sumption & Wyland to develop a process by which the committee will proceed. Sumption also will facilitate the meetings and draft the report of recommendations.

    You’ve got to be kidding.

Margaret Sumption, the Mayor’s point person for the 19 million dollar indoor aquatic center, which BTW is now a 24 million dollar and counting facility.

Might as well not bother with all these meetings, she can just sit down with Mike in his office now and they can draft the report of their recommendations.

Huether’s reign is material for a movie. It’d be something like robbing the Belagio or the Wells Fargo heist. At this point, citizens nor the lackadaisical council have control. It’ll be a municipal bankruptcy. What will be left of city government should investigate recovery via future royalties from the movie and profits from Huether’s book deal.
