CM-R works for private projects when a max cost must be adhered to. It’s criminal for public projects because it’s used to steer into a favored contractor before the public approves the location and cost. Show me the competitive bids. Why were contracts awarded before there was a public vote? Does ‘repair or demolish this outdoor pool’ election language qualify for approval of an extravagant 26 million (+ add-ons) indoor water sports complex?

I’ve watched Al Jazeera on Direct TV lately. It’s interesting and with substance how the US is portrayed as arrogant and corrupt. Sioux Falls is worst case when it comes to government. We’re free but it’s mostly a sophisticated bluff. I served in combat but doubt I would again unless/until there’s respect for civil rights and respect for free speech.

I recommend Direct TV versus Midco. There’s no propaganda city channels, more content, and it’s cheaper. Instead of all the local taxes for Midco, you pay only 4% federal tax.
