I guess I have never heard that word before, but when you are either high or drunk or both most of the day, spelling isn’t really a virtue.
As I was at the Mayor’s Neighborhood Summit listening to our guest speaker talking about all the things we do the opposite in Sioux Falls, and the Mayor talking about his favorite topic ‘bad neighbors’. Bruce shows me a photo of a sign that was nailed to his side of the fence in the middle of the night.
And he is the bad neighbor.
Huether also recruited my neighbor against me. Police were called a dozen times. They walked through his house and had tea. I didn’t know I was subject until he filed a restraining order. We went to court and I proved with hotel receipts I was in California. His sons often threatened me. I’m a heart patient. They knew physical reaction could cause a heart attack but persisted. Evenings, a city employee parked in front of my house. I tried to make at complaint at city personnel but was denied.
Bruce has had to deal with his ‘Manson’ neighbors for 7 years (Huether’s term). They took him to court but he won. The judge scolded them for false charges. Bruce is more patient than I. He’ll ignore them but painting ‘Helter Skelter’ inside his home could be his limit.
I say again, this is not city government. It’s a crime syndicate.
