    What’s sad is the average citizen is not interested in what’s happened at city hall. The few dissidents are giving up. There’s so much debt and corruption it’s become beyond repair. Like so many California cities, bankruptcy is inevitable. I don’t feel for the bond investors. Wall Street failed them once again. There’s hope when the mayor and 4 councilors are replaced in early 2018. However, only the mayor is compensated and has his own attorney. Councilors are paid little and must each have a private attorney. Don’t run for office, run from office.

    Seems like Huether’s mind is elsewhere. I wonder if the bonds sponsor backed out today. Bond payment from future sales tax revenue, citizen dissent, and Huether ego is reason enough. He wanted Bruce for triggering another actor cry-on-demand performance.
