Is Governor Hoodwink treating the Copper Lounge Collapse like 9/11?

1. Giving the Copper Lounge follow up subtle remorse is welcomed by the governor. Buying something downtown was a good gesture. Fortunately, Huether stayed out of the way for the disaster and cleanup. I suspect it’s because city inspections were inferior.
