I keep wondering when the South Dakota GOP will dust-off the cover of the old Janklow “California Option” playbook and put it to use in response to this….. They probably will too.
This is not the first time California and South Dakota have had a struggle. The first one was over the extradition of Dennis Banks back to South Dakota in ’75….. Janklow might be gone now, but Brown is governor once again and the South Dakota GOP is still the same, if not worse, as it was in ’75….
How can we get EB-5 into the state if they’re stopped at the airport? Trump uses travel bans for rednecks attention. Not all republicans agree with him.
LJL, it is really pretty simple. I don’t have a problem with private non profit religious organizations discriminating against others, they have that right. It’s when they take taxpayer money to do so, I draw a line.
OH OK..I would like to never have another tax dollar go to planned parenthood, but that makes me the evil alt right!
This started with a gay cake. None of these bullshit laws were needed before special snowflakes demanded a gay cake from a homophobic baker. The cake baker who denied the gay cake had his “religious beliefs” and our entire society was started on the foundation of freedom for religious beliefs.
You’ve got it twisted. Why would you want to buy a cake or adopt your baby with someone who doesn’t respect you? Just like the religious bathroom nuts. Why would you want Bruce Jenner in high heels and a skirt pissing in the urinal next to your young boys.
Europeans are considering passing laws prohibiting muslims from wearing burkas at public beaches. Let’s think about the shit storm you would have if our cow kickin republican state government enacted a no burka law. I’ll protest on the same street corner with you if they do.

If a government sanctions the right for an unborn baby to be pulled apart with a set of salad tongues, a mother should be able to say who will raise her child.
