   Does the Mayor use the stopwatch app or an actual stopwatch? I timed Scott’s speech and the Mayor calls him off at exactly 5 min.

   Yes, he has a timer. He is pretty proud of it to. The one thing this mayor has tried to do and has failed at is limiting public input. Did you catch what he said after David’s presentation? ‘Anybody else would like to entertain us.’
