So I have been hearing a couple of things coming down the pipe since last week that may or may not be happening to keep our eyes on;

• A major commercial construction project may have hit a snag (not Village on the River).

• A major employer in town may have some major changes coming (not layoffs).

I do know that some of the other media in town are aware of the situation.

We will keep you updated.

    Krabbenhoft sets Sanford stage for 2018

    “Finish,” Krabbenhoft said. “That was the tone. That was the word. What we’ve got going with (a new department of veterans and military services), with property development, what we’ve got going with Good Samaritan — let’s finish. We’ve got to finish now. I hate people who talk a lot and don’t get it done. That just drives me crazy.”

    Sanford, Good Sam just moved up their merger date after swift OK from regulators

    Sanford and the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society announced Friday their merger had won approval from regulators “without objection.”

    The giant Sioux Falls-based non-profits will become one entity sooner than previously planned, on Nov. 1, the two organizations said.

  3. anon, what is your point?

  4. scott – I edited part of her comment since some stuff being said, not just here but on FB hasn’t been proven or verified yet by Sanford. Until Sanford says exactly what may be going on over there, I’m taking most of the rumors with a grain of salt.

    Most of the stuff you post on here is opinion, not proven or verified by anything.
