Did someone do a cartoon about the SFSD?

I’m not sure how old this is, but it seems some problems will never be solved, even with $300 Million in bond payments.

    Oh boy, expensive new schools that can’t be staffed with underpaid teachers. I’m surprised how many parents are investigating home schooling. Are new schools meant as resourceful minimum security juvenile detention centers?

    The SFSD has lost a lot of students to the private schools, particularly the Catholic system.

    These are students who attended schools in the SFSD and then transferred.
