It shouldn’t surprise any of us that David Zokaites filled out his paperwork yesterday for his run for mayor in 2022. As we all know, last time around David wasn’t put on the ballot because he didn’t turn in enough signatures. That’s what you get when you have a bunch of ZOMBIES collecting your sigs 🙂 or was it temp labor? Wait . . .

7 Thoughts on “First Candidate of the 2022 Sioux Falls mayoral race

He misses the deadline to turn in a mere 200 signatures in 2018.

Now he files paperwork to run for mayor 3 yrs ahead of the 2022 election.

This guy needs to get a life.

He’s wasted hours of public input time with his inane, condescending & thinly disguised diatribes, and hardened the resolve of many city councilors to ignore ALL public input as a result. He lost his real job at the CarsForSale.com HQ for the embarrassment he caused that company during his last campaign. It’s all a vanity project of his in an effort to demonstrate – in his little bubblehead universe – just how unique and creative he is. Boy has HE picked the wrong town for that one man parade. He needs to move to Portland or San Francisco where he can luxuriate in his absurdity and express his uselessness with reckless abandon.

With ThuneHaken in the House by then and with Charles Kuralt Huether then winning the special election: How does David plan to beat the incumbent?

In my estimation, it will take more than zombies, or the fear of them, to win. I suggest he own the zombie image and claim that he will bring both the railroad development area and the bunker ramp area back to life, or at least in a zombie way.

It’s refreshing to know anybody can run for mayor. David is a patriot but not a good choice for mayor. The first candidate who promises removal of Strong Mayor Charter and restoring citizen appeal process into circuit court gets my vote.

Too bad Mr. Kurt Evans does not live in Sioux Falls. In between running for US Senate and Governor all the time he could run for Sioux Falls mayor.

Oh wow, I just watched that video above. I am not sure what to say but, I think maybe a mental evaluation is in order or a minimum a drug test.
