Does anyone really know how to spell this tasty Czech treat? When we had them at The Bohemian Cafe (plenty of parking) in Omaha, they spelled it with a CK. I’m half Czech, my mom was 100% Bo-Hunk (that’s slang for Bohemian, I guess). This picture is from the wonderful celebration of liver sausage and pastries in Tabor, SD called Czech Days. I think I’ll have one poppy-seed, one prune and two cherry please.
