I’m not sure how David Pfeifle got his foot back in the door, but this appointment should be worrisome (Item #20);

• Former city attorney for Pierre and Sioux Falls and state’s attorney for Stanley County. Prior legal advisor to REMSA.
First the obvious, this is an enormous conflict of interest due to his position as the director of the city’s insurance provider. But as we know, the city isn’t real big on ethical behavior these days.
What also worries me is his roll of advising the board on legal matters, especially if there is something they want to be hauled away in a ghost ambulance (probably the main reason he is being appointed).
But what is most troubling about this appointment is his reputation as the former city attorney where he assisted in trying to cover-up the event center siding settlement, that wasn’t really a settlement.
While it has bothered me that Fiddle was appointed to be the director of the Public Assurance Alliance, we certainly don’t need him back fiddling with city business, especially on such an important board.
Still wondering who cooked up this mess.
Isn’t he a made man for the city organized crime syndicate? There’s soldiers but very few get to cut and blend hand blood. He looks Italian.
He’s probably been added to the city’s defense team, which is needed to protect the Trump stores near Walmart.

Fiddle Faddle joining this board is ripe for a corruption investigation into the Sioux Falls medical system conspiracy. We have Kelby Krabbenhoft, Denny Sanford, Sanford Health Systems, phantom ambulances, the deaths of citizens aided by the ineptitude of the city government and the collusion of the SDPAA in the efforts to hide the crimes. Something must be falling apart in the conspiracies and now they require Fiddle Faddle to join the board to control the mess like he did when he was City Attorney.
With COVID-19, this is really becoming a black (body) bag operation. The super popular, poll taking mayor must be really scared.
Black body bags, increased chopper activity, cell phones with their own persona, morphing Trump stores, and the whole city is becoming a bigger Pettigrew Heights with gun shots heard every night. If you ask me. I miss when we had the time to just get upset, when they wanted to rename Skunk Creek: Munson Creek.
