Donald Trump is the only President who hasn’t laid a wreath at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. He refused acknowledging Veterans Day. His comment about John McCain, “I was smart enough to not be a POWâ€.
Neither Trump nor Biden served in the military but Biden can’t help but be a better Commander in Chief of the military.

He is right Dan, draft dodger has placed a wreath.
I believe Trump is the first draft dodger to lay a wreath at the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier, however. The Tomb was built after the Cleveland presidency. (Oh, but I must be careful with Cleveland comparisons, however.)
Trump did not lay the wreath in 2018. This year he did but made no comments at the ceremony. There was a false Facebook post that went viral before it was deleted that stated Trump was first President in 56 years to not place wreath.
