One of the definitions of inclusive is; including a great deal, or encompassing everything concerned.
The best way to build an inclusive community is getting that community involved with local government and the best way to do that is by letting the sunshine in.

Diversity and inclusion? The city council election said it all when Theresa Stehly lost to Alex Jensen. Right there that tells you siouxfalls isn’t ready for diversity when they voted in a council member that voted on a bill in Pierre to discriminate against the transgender youths. The city isn’t ready to accept and acknowledge diversity and inclusion.
