Notice whenever there is a mass shooting the first thing Republican lawmakers do is tell everyone that the Dems are going to take your guns and gun and ammo sales go through the roof. I wonder if they realize they are only making matters worse? In several surveys over the past couple of years most responsible, law-abiding gun owners want reform, like having to insure your weapons and getting a license that proves you know how to safely use them. I guess lawmakers like Rounds are only interested in making the problem worse, and wasting money on bad art.

Plus, you can definitely tell that the Democrats are in charge in DC right now. Our South Dakota delegation has become increasingly obnoxious with their partisan rantings lately, but it really doesn’t fit their general political persona. The Democrats are coming for our guns, and I will NOT comply nor allow them to take my guns. Have any of you read H.R 127 – if passed:
1) Will require you to each year obtain a License from the U.S Attorney General.
2) Require you to pay a $800 Tax in order to provide “insurance” or liability coverage to have a firearm.
3) Force you to to get a Psyche Test, in order to be mentally tested to see if you are fit.
4) Will ban several forms of firearms from private ownership.
5) Will ban specific AMMO from private use.
It will make more than half of our population in violation of the law over night if they do NOT register and report to the Federal Government all their guns, serial numbers, and where they store all their guns.
The “law” itself will allow Americans to report to the Federal Government thru the U.S Marshal Service, the law enforcement of the Federal Govt in order to collect any firearms not yet reported or where an American believes “you” are unfit to own a firearm.
Thank God our S.D Legislature is passing a law that will incriminate all “you” Americans who comply with the Federal Laws that allow “you” to report Americans who do not comply, by making “YOU” a class 6 felon. OUR GOAL is to counter all you ‘sheep’ and keep these RED FLAG LAWS out of South Dakota.
You all claim the DEMOCRATS are not coming after our guns, but yet, as per H.R 127 – they are, and now sadly enough they got control of the U.S House and they got the tie breaking vote in the U.S Senate by means of the goofy Vice President Kamala Harris; the Democrats changed the rules so all they need is 50% + 1 majority vote cause they play dirty.
H.R 127 is constitutional at best – as it violates the 2nd Amendment – THEY, the FEDS are NOT allowed to disrespect your right to own a Firearm, let alone form and regulate a Militia.
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Which protects the S.D Constitution and ‘our’ Article 15 which reads:
The militia of the state of South Dakota shall consist of all able-bodied male persons residing in the state, between the ages of eighteen and forty-five years, except such persons as now are, or hereafter may be, exempted by the laws of the United States or of this state.
The Legislature shall provide by law for the enrollment, uniforming, equipment and discipline of the militia and the establishment of volunteer and such other organizations or both, as may be deemed necessary for the protection of the state, the preservation of order and the efficiency and good of the service.
The Legislature in providing for the organization of the militia shall conform, as nearly as practicable, to the regulations for the government of the armies of the United States.
All militia officers shall be commissioned by the Governor, and may hold their commissions for such period of time as the Legislature may provide, subject to removal by the Governor for cause, to be first ascertained by a court-martial pursuant to law.
The militia shall in cases except treason, felony or breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at muster and elections and in going to and returning from the same.
All military records, banners and relics of the state, except when in lawful use, shall be preserved in the office of the adjutant general as an enduring memorial of the patriotism and valor of South Dakota; and it shall be the duty of the Legislature to provide by law for the safekeeping of the same.
No person having conscientious scruples against bearing arms shall be compelled to do military duty in time of peace.

And of course our Article 6, Section 24 – Right to bear arms. The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the state shall not be denied.
We then have Article 6, Section 25 –> Treason against the state shall consist only in levying war against it, or in adhering to its enemies, or in giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act or confession in open court.
And finally, Article 6, Section 16 –> The military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power. No soldier in time of peace shall be quartered in any house without consent of the owner, nor in time of war except in the manner prescribed by law.
And we shall enforce our rights as per Article 6, Section 20 – Remedy for injury. All courts shall be open, and every man for an injury done him in his property, person or reputation, shall have remedy by due course of law, and right and justice, administered without denial or delay.

Do you not see by means of our S.D Legislature, and promoted by our Governor, that ‘we’ are building a militia in South Dakota in order to help defend the State, the People, and their Property?
1) We gave you right to carry a gun without a permit;
2) We made it illegal for any of you to report anyone who does not comply with Federal “red flag laws”;
3) We made it so that a person can carry a gun on public property;
4) We are protecting the right of all S.D Citizens of owning any firearm of their choice;
5) We are allowing you to defend yourself, your family, and your home from unlawful entry into your home, by giving you the right to shoot them;
6) We are allowing you to NOT enforce or obey specific federal orders given by the President;
ALL in order to defend not only yourself, but your family, your neighbors, your “STATE BORDERS” from foreign enemies, occupation, threats.
“WE” are organzing into a MILIIA which is ALL proud South Dakotans fully capable of defending the State (the people) from the Federal Government itself.
And we are not alone, as ‘we’ are now part of no less than 26 States whom are “organizing” as one just as they did between 1850 – 1860.
The day the FEDS come for our guns, is the day all this comes to blows;
And “WE” shall not allol the FEDS to strip us of our constitutional protected right to provide FREE, FAIR, and HONEST ELECTIONS maintaining our ‘Independence” from the Federal Govt in governing Federal, State, and Local Elections.
