Vernon, how often do we get over 6 inches at a time? Maybe once a year? And, Bismarck has proven that it takes the same amount of time to plow, because they don’t have to come back and replow the intersections. But all these arguments aside, the most important is because the snowgates would benefit ALL taxpayers of our fine city, unlike an indoor pool, a rec center, a zoo, Washington Pavilion, or an event center. Stop pushing your WANTS and start concentrating on our NEEDS.
