  1. I think Greg probably gave her a good supply of hand sanitizer too.

VSG, I just knew when JC asked him who Reagan was he was going to say Shemp. LOL.

  2. City Council political campaigns have been brought to the shallow level of middle school student senate elections. It is all about being associated with those who carry themselves around the halls and lunchroom as the cool kids.
Hollow, vapid platitudes assembled from current culture buzzwords are barely required. Often times you don’t even need a speaking role prior to the election (see also: Jensen, Alex).
Just slide yourself onto their table, even if only to get a quick selfie yo prove that you belong.

  3. Were Jensen, Neitzert, Selberg and Soehl airbrushed out of the group photo, which carried the caption, “Ambitions of a 7-1 Voting Cabal … err, ah … Collaboration”?

  4. I think this Rich Merkouris candidacy is sickening. If he was ethical and truly devout, he’d be satisfied to pursue community service via his church and activism. What about the concept of separation of church and state? He’s apparently got enough of a campaign treasury to run electronic billboard election ads for himself. In spite of the humble appearance of his church, it sure looks like his candidacy is propped up by deep pockets looking for more influence in municipal government.

  5. Take a look at http://www.kingdomcapitalfund.org, and the Board of Director members shown there. Merkouris serves as President. Plenty of big business types huddled together. I’m sure that klan has eagerly encouraged Merkouris to seek a council seat to be their puppet.

  6. Do ThuneHaken and Merkouris plan to turn us into the next Colorado Springs?
