BTW, major retailers (Walgreens, Target, Macy’s) are having financial woes. Also other specialty (Chico’s, DSW, etc.) stores. Many of us who used to shop in Sioux Falls live neighboring and use Amazon/others. Point is, there’s gonna be major tax income revenue failure for the city. Potentially, a state income tax?
