Gotta love these folks who consistently complain about the woke left yet pull some of the same crap;

This year, the board’s first choice candidate, Roseland, was not initially approved, as Noem’s office cited ethics concerns “which turned out to be unfounded,” Remund said.

Since when was Noem concerned about ‘ethics’?

Yeah, the guy seems a bit shady;

Roseland is a fourth-generation cattle rancher from north-central South Dakota, author of several poetry collections, a South Dakota Humanities scholar, and winner of multiple Will Rogers Medallions in Poetry, according to SDPB.

So now Noem is concerned about elderly poet cattle ranchers being unethical?

Sure, there are tons of things we can complain about when it comes to Libs, but this is obvious, MAGA, baloney. Any guess Mr. Roseland is a registered Dem?

  1. I’ve never understood why we need a state poet laureate? State bird, yes (which we like to shoot), but a poet laureate? Then why not a state novelist, or a jackhammer-ist while we are at it? Pole dancer? That one kinda rhymes with poet at least. What about a state pole vaulter, or a state pothole filler? AND, have we cleared all of this with POET? They may have the trademark rights to all of this, which could make for some unkind words that would not be music to the ears.

  2. It’s one thing that Noem goes thru COS’s like water, but the stalling on this one was baffling. Does she know that while it is a political appointment, it really isn’t, but she treated it that way.

  3. Mark Twain once claimed that history rhymes. Noem, with all of her actions or inactions, has now proven it.
