I enjoy the thought of Lloyd dedicating a proper place for all the dreams of the future being easy to dispose of. If Lloyd is not in on the deal for his percentage and the angel investor doesn’t have his percentage and the color blind web developer isn’t let into the his part of the deal, the garbage containers are handy.
Be careful of what can be found beneath a developer’s plans. One man’s dream is another’s garbage. “Dreamer’s Deck” sounds like a place where your grandson can catch a home run, which is actually a foul ball. But don’t tell him that, just as the developers don’t tell you everything as well.
Or, is a “Dreamer’s Deck” the only place for some fresh air, absent the garbage, for most who are asked to dwell in our local Soviet housing program around here…. (Apartments, apartments, and more apartments….. )
