    I finished second a couple of times a decade ago. My former co-worker at the Journal, Marty Two Bulls, won one time when he was still graphic artist at the Journal. The Journal always finds a way to take first place in cartooning. I’m surprised Wayne Stroot of the Black Hills Pioneer didn’t win, again. He won first place last year.
