From Brady;

I just wanted to drop a quick line to let you know about the Fine Arts Trolley Tour ( http://www.fineartstrolleytour.com/descriptions.htm — here you can find the list of artists, as well as a map with the locations of the studios) this Friday from 5-9pm in downtown Sioux Falls.  Many local artists, including myself, are taking part in the tour and opening our studio doors to show our most recent artwork, as well as our workspace.  It is FREE and my studio just so happens to be located above a bar (Monk’s–which is located on east 8th street), so “bottoms up”!

This is a bit of a “coming out” party for me, as this will be the first time that I’ve actually displayed my work to the public in an exhibit setting.  FYI, if you can’t make it to the Trolley Tour, my work will be on display throughout the month of October at Dunn Bros. Coffee on east 10th street.

H/T to my friend Scott for sending me this photo from the OutKast car show in Mitchell, SD (that I freaking missed – damn!) The Rat Fink in me is very disappointed.

When Scott emailed me this photo I said to him,

“That’s cool – but how do they see the road?”

Scott replied, “If seeing the road is more important to you than being cool, I can’t explain it to you… ;-)”
